Every freelance coach working with MEM receives a £250 MEM Gym Kit — activewear, footwear, accessories — delivered to your door at no upfront cost, so you can start coaching immediately.
Funded, not free. Each £250 kit is paid for by MEM's funding mix — employer placement fees, prison pre-release contracts, grant income and coach affiliate margin.
